Amy Bollinger, Director of Learning and Development with AtWork Group, was recently appointed to the American Staffing Association’s education and certification committee.

The American Staffing Association is the voice of the U.S. staffing, recruiting, and workforce solutions industry. ASA and its state affiliates advance the interests of the industry across all sectors through advocacy, research, education, and the promotion of high standards of legal, ethical, and professional practices.

In this role, Bollinger will work with committee members to champion industry education among ASA members. Committee members provide feedback and advice on industry educational programs and services, including Staffing World®—the largest, most comprehensive convention and expo in the staffing industry—ASA webinars, and professional certification and continuing education programs.

Bollinger has been in her current role as Director of Learning and Development for AtWork Group since 2014 and has over 13 years of staffing experience, working with companies such as Randstad, Employbridge, and Staffing Solutions. She has filled a variety of roles in her career including Senior Account Executive, Flex Facilitator, Executive Recruiter, and National Recruiter. Bollinger holds all available American Staffing Association certifications including Certified Staffing Professional (CSP), Technical Services Certification (TSC), Certified Search Consultant (CSC), and Certified Health Care Staffing Professional (CHP), and was awarded Training Magazine’s Top 125 Rising Star award in 2016.
