Owner’s Launch Camp

A two-day intensive session at the AtWork corporate headquarters designed for new franchise owners to familiarize themselves with the staffing industry and the AtWork model, while they are also working on the basics of getting their new business operational.

Owner and Staff Training Week

A formal week of training for franchise owners and their staff members at the AtWork corporate headquarters covering systems training, basic sales and recruiting skills, sustained marketing of the business, insurance requirements and much more.

Field Training Week

A week of hands-on training with your personal Field Operations representative, covering effective sales and recruiting processes and techniques as well as the administrative and clerical duties that keep the business running smoothly.

Field Operations Support

Opening day doesn’t mean that corporate training and support stop. Each branch is assigned a dedicated Field Operations Executive who supports the franchise with sales and recruiting strategies, business coaching, unique training opportunities and more on an ongoing basis, in addition to an annual in-person session with branch leadership and team members.

Accounting Services

    Initial Interview / Presentation of AtWork

    An AtWork franchise development representative will contact you to discuss some major areas associated with becoming a franchisee. Items to discuss include: timing, proposed location, work experience, funding/available capital, and goals and interests.

    AtWork Franchise Application

    Once you have expressed interest in the AtWork Group franchise and both parties have agreed that we would like to continue the discovery process you will then be asked to complete our Confidential Franchise Questionnaire. This is a form to be filled out electronically and is completely non-binding, but gives us a better understanding of your ability to open a business.

    Due Diligence 1: Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) Delivery

    By law, every franchisor must deliver to its prospective franchisees a copy of its FDD to ensure that the franchise prospect has all pertinent information about the company, business model, and every other aspect of our business relationship with franchisees.

    Due Diligence 2: Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) Review

    Most prospective owners will like to take a few days to review and consider the contents of the FDD. After you have had a chance to go through the FDD. we will set up another call with your franchise consultant to review the FDD and any portions that you might have more questions about or would like more information on.

    Due Diligence 3: Validation Calls with Current Owners

    We know that this is a big decision. one that requires a lot of due diligence on your part. In order to help you with this. we would like you to talk to the people that have been right where you are. We would like you to speak to our existing owners and ask them how they feel about being a part of the At Work family. Ask about support. training, and anything else you would like.

    Call with AtWork President and COO

    Next, we will schedule a call with you and Jason Leverant, our President and COO. Jason has led the AtWork team since 2013 and has been instrumental in making AtWork a leading franchise in the industry. You'll discus things such as background. goals. budgets. geographic territory, and next steps.

    Discovery Day

    Once you've completed the steps listed above, we will schedule your Discovery Day. Our Discovery Days are a time set aside just you to get all of your questions answered and meet the operations staff that will help guide you to success as an AtWork Franchisee. We will discuss the industry, the franchise, training, support, territory, and next steps.

    Grant Franchise

    After we have all legally required documentation from you, we will draw up your franchise agree­ments for your execution. Once executed and returned to AtWork Corporate Office, you are now an AtWork Group franchisee!
