LaToya Williams, CSP, vice president of franchise development with AtWork Group was recently appointed chairman of the American Staffing Association office-administrative section council.

The American Staffing Association is the voice of the U.S. staffing, recruiting, and workforce solutions industry. ASA and its state affiliates advance the interests of the industry across all sectors through advocacy, research, education, and the promotion of high standards of legal, ethical, and professional practices.

In this role Williams will work with ASA and its board of directors to spearhead programs and services that meet the office-administrative sector’s needs within the association. ASA section councils are composed of member volunteers who advise the association’s board of directors on sector-specific issues and design programs to meet the unique business challenges faced by those sectors of the staffing industry.

Ms. Williams joined AtWork in 2008 and has over 13 years of staffing experience working with both Randstad and OfficeTeam, a division of Robert Half. She has filled a variety of roles within the industry including business development manager, staffing recruiter, and branch manager. Ms. Williams has received various national awards for her accomplishments and holds numerous certifications including Certified Staffing Professional, Certified Contingent Workforce Professional, and Certified Franchise Executive. As Vice President of Franchise Development for AtWork Group she applies her previous staffing experience to work with new and existing franchise owners to develop productive recruiting and business development strategies.
