AtWork Expands Footprint in the Company’s Home State of Tennessee
AtWork announced the addition of a new franchise location with Joel and Shayna Grooms in the Nashville area. Nashville sees nearly 100 new people move to the area every day, according to the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce's Research Center and the U.S. Census Bureau. The new site, which will help current and future residents find jobs, will open in February.
Job seekers trust AtWork’s local recruiters to guide them through the hiring process and help them find the perfect job. AtWork places talented professionals into administrative, light-industrial, accounting and finance, hospitality, IT, and management-level positions at some of the nation’s largest and most recognizable companies. At the same time, AtWork helps businesses struggling with workforce needs find solutions. Whether a company needs temporary help to get through the busy season or a candidate who is an executive-level professional, AtWork finds ideal candidates to help businesses succeed.
“We are extremely proud to offer our staffing services to another city,” said Jason Leverant, President and COO of AtWork. “We put more than 50,000 people to work last year, and our new location will help us continue our mission to provide service to job seekers looking to make the next move in their career, as well as leading businesses who want to grow local economies and strengthen their communities.”
The new AtWork location is part of a single-unit agreement signed by the Grooms that will serve southeast Nashville. The husband-and-wife duo are valuable members of the Nashville area, raising their five kids in the community. They are dedicated to helping the area’s economy thrive by connecting qualified workers with rewarding opportunities.
“My wife and I felt called upon to help people find jobs, get on their feet,” said Joel Grooms. “Nashville is a thriving area with promising opportunities for employees and employers alike. We look forward to integrating ourselves in their journeys and creating a community where people feel valued and want to work.”
